- Take I-4 east to Exit 27 (Toll Road 570)
- Take Toll Road 570 to Exit 7 (South Florida Ave.)
- Take right and head south on South Florida Ave. 2 ½ miles to the intersection of 540A
- Take left on to 540A and go to the first stop light (South Carter Road) and take a right
- Take South Carter Road 1 mile, The Club at Eaglebrooke will be on your left
From Orlando:
- Take I-4 west to exit 41 (Toll Road 570)
- Take Toll Road 570 to Exit 9 (Country Road 37B)
- Take a left and head south on 37B to intersection of 540A
- Take a right on 540A and take left at 2nd light (South Carter Road)
- Take South Carter Road 1 mile, The Club at Eaglebrooke will be on your left
From Brandon:
- Take State Road 60 east into Mulberry to the intersection of State Road 37 (S.R. 37)
- Take left and head north on S.R. 37
- Follow for 3 miles to Carter Rd.
- Take right on Carter Rd.
- Take Carter Road 2 miles, The Club at Eaglebrooke will be on your right
