Hello to our Eaglebrooke members, golfers, restaurant patrons, and special event hosts! We’re glad to have you perusing our website.
I’ve been inspired to begin blogging! Our management team has been active on Facebook (@the Club at Eaglebrooke), on Instagram (@clubateaglebrooke), and in our monthly Newsletter, but ~blogging~ wasn’t something that really crossed any of our minds until recently.
A few months ago, I became Vice President of the Polk County Wedding & Event Pros., which is an organization devoted to uplifting & educating our local industry leaders, and during one of our meetings the topic shifted to the benefits of blogging! And I realized that for one, it’s way easier than I thought. But for two, I began to understand how valuable it is that our team can make this blog space into anything we want it to be!
Our goal is to post weekly on topics pertaining to all things Eaglebrooke-- golf, special events, tennis, yoga, Chef’s specials, and more! We hope you enjoy this content and maybe you’ll learn something about us that you didn’t know 😊
This week, I’d like to highlight our Management Team! We’ve been working together for about 2.5 years now, and that doesn’t only consist of weekly staff meetings. We have lunch together, crack jokes in the kitchen, and back when things got tough due to the pandemic (almost exactly 1 year ago), we had to make some adjustments! Ryan hopped on a mower, I bartended, Brad took over the housekeeping duties, and Cassidy kept us all sane! We held each other up during a very trying time and that is something we can all be proud of.
With any questions, concerns or just to say “Hi!”- you’re always welcome to stop in the front office or give us a call! We hope to see you at the Club sometime soon.
