Easter Brunch

Celebrate Easter with an elegant Easter Brunch at Eaglebrooke on Sunday, April 5th, from 11:00 AM–3:00 PM. Reservations are required. Pricing is $65 for Adults and $20 for Kids, with a 10% Member Discount available. Please note a 22% gratuity and 7% sales tax will be added to all checks.
Enjoy a chef-driven brunch experience featuring a Chef’s Carving Station with Garlic & Herb Roasted Prime Rib and Pistachio-Crusted Rack of Lamb, plus a Salad & Seafood Bar offering Shrimp Cocktail, Smoked Salmon with Bagels & Cream Cheese, Easter Egg Deviled Eggs, fresh breads, pastries, fruit, and assorted salads.
