This week I get to blurb about our special events & weddings <3
In case you don’t already know, we host all shapes & sizes of celebrations. From baby showers and birthday parties, to high school proms, rehearsal dinners, and corporate functions! We average around 130-150 events per year in our space that can occupy a guest list of 30-200.
At Eaglebrooke, we prioritize customer service above all else! When you and your guests step foot into our facility we strive to make you feel welcomed and at ease. We pride ourselves on how “hands-on” our staff is—attentive and ready to help at any time!
The scenery surrounding the golf course is a bonus for our special events & weddings who are looking for a perfect photo backdrop. I have had so much fun taking our couples & photographers onto the course to explore the lakesides, luscious greenery, and Spanish moss-covered Oak trees!
My biggest pro-tip that I can offer to anyone planning a special event, is to hire professional (licensed & certified) vendors! Such as DJ, Photographer, Baker, day-of Coordinator, or even Officiant. The difference is night & day when comparing an experienced professional to a family-friend. I can guarantee that the last thing you want during your special occasion is any added stress from a vendor-gone-wrong!!
I have been incredibly pleased by the talent I have found here locally! It is no longer necessary to travel to Tampa or Orlando to find your perfect venue, planner, desserts, gowns, etc. The local industry has so much to offer right here in Polk County! I would be delighted to pass along my recommendations if you are in the market for local special event professionals to make your occasion spectacular.
My 2021 calendar has made a huge recovery from the blow it received from Covid-19. I still have available dates, plus I am beginning to receive legitimate inquiries for Spring of 2022! Spread the word—Eaglebrooke is the perfect venue for your next special event.
